Qi Diagnostics Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ: ALBT) to co-develop a VOC (volatile organic compound) nanosensor-based cannabis breathalyzer. This device is designed to provide a non-invasive, real-time solution for detecting cannabis use, addressing the needs of law enforcement, workplace safety, and other critical areas.
Qi Diagnostics has significant experience in clinical-grade nanosensor technology and breath-based diagnostic solutions. The company has previously developed devices such as the KetoAir™ Ketone Breathalyzer, which assists users in monitoring their metabolic state. This existing technological foundation supports the development of a cannabis breathalyzer that can accurately detect THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis.

Collaboration Goals: The project will focus on developing a prototype breathalyzer capable of delivering accurate results.
